The box-insert design of Kondex KX7 concaves may allow you to replace individual components rather than a full concave. Replacement parts are available for box inserts, frames, front ramps, and wedge locks. This could save you hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars!
Replaceable KX7 components also allows for greater flexibility in configuring your concaves. While most users stick to the recommended configurations, those with unique field conditions have tinkered with their KX7 assemblies by mixing MaxThresh™ and MaxRound™ box inserts in a single frame.
